          1) Lay the drainage pipe and water supply pipe

          2) Fix the PVC floor flange set and the gasket

          3) Fix the tank and toilet seat

          4) Place the toilet with PVC floor flange

          5) Tighten the fixing bolts and put the caps and seal with silicone

          6) Check the overall installation and seal the base

3. To install commode with a gasket and floor fixing sets

          1) Lay the drainage pipe and water supply pipe

          2) Fix the floor fixing set

          3) Put the toilet bowl gasket with the drain pipe

          4) Secure the tank and toilet seat with a toilet

          5) Place the toilet to the drainage pipe and floor fixing

          6) Check the overall installation and seal the base

4. Wall hung commode with concealed cistern

          1) Lay the drainage pipe and water supply pipe, then install the concealed tank frame system

          6) Check the overall installation, then remove excess sealant

7. Rear-outlet flush valve toilet bowl (Low P-Trap)

          1) Lay the drainage pipe and water supply pipe

          2) Mark the white cement line

          3) Lay white cement or silicone

          4) Put the commode, insert the tip of trap be inside the drainage pipe at the wall

          5) Install the flush valve set and the toilet seat

          6) Check the overall installation, then seal the base and the pipe tip

1. The Wash Down Toilet System

2. The Siphonic Wash Down Toilet System

A siphonic flush system also known as a gravity flush system uses vacuum to pull waste from the toilet bowl into the trap way. This is done by the shape of the trap way acting as a siphon. High water – level in toilet bowl.

Wash Down: In a wash down action toilet, the water from the tank pours into the bowl and washes the material down the outlet. It is a “pushing” action only, and does not evacuate the bowl. Waste is simply “pushed” by free flowing water out of the trap way (usually 4 inches in diameter). These toilets have small (4’’ x 5’’) water surface areas in the bowls that are deep down in the bowl.

Siphonic: In a siphonic action toilet, the trap way fills with water during the flush which initiates a siphonic action which “pulls” material out of the bowl while the water entering the bowl from the tank through the jet and the rim “pushes” material out. This simultaneous pushing and pulling completely evacuates the bowl during every flush. Normally, the siphonic method employs a smaller outlet (usually 2 inches diameter).

The benefits of the Siphonic Wash – Down Toilet include the water saving and the suction will be conducted in cesspool pipe. However, the water surface of the Siphonic Wash – Down is smaller than the Siphon – Vortex.

3. The Siphon – Jet Toilet System

The Siphon – Jet is the molded pocket in the front of the toilet that holds extra water until a flush is initiated. When the toilet flushes, the vacuum action pulls the stored water out of this pocket, increasing the pressure of the flush. It is a feature found on many, but not all toilets. The Siphon – Jet is faster and better than the Siphonic Wash – down system.
